Starting the Quest:

Go upstairs Lumbridge Castle and look for the two quest markers. They are in a room with a man named Sigman and a man Duke Haracio. Speak to the duke. When you agree to help him he will give you a Air Talisman.

Wizards' Tower:

Now head over to the wizards tower. Speak with Sedridor. He is on the bottom floor. Tell hom you are looking for the head wizard. Then give him the Talisman. He will request you to help him, tell him you will. He will give you a package, bring it over to the Rune Shop in Varrock.

Varrock:

Go to the Rune Shop and speak with Aubury. Tell him you have a package for him. Once he has said it was terrible and to look over it speak to him again. He will give you notes to take back to the tower.

Back to the Tower:

Go back and speak with Sedridor again. He will then explain everything about RuneCrafting.
