Starting the Quest:
Go to the Digsite Exam Centre and search the northeast bookcase. You will find a book. Read it and you find a scroll.
 
Go to the Elemtal Workshop. Go to the Water Elemates and search Pipe 3 where you will find a tiny key. Go to the center of the room to find a hatch. Use the key with it.
 
The Press:
Go down then go up the southwest ladder and fit th machine like so:

This is how to attach them!

The Tank:
Search the box next to the layouts to find a pipe. Go north to the tank. Go upstairs above the tank and use the pipe with the broken one.
 
Wind Tunnel:
You have to find 3 cogs. Here they are:
 
Small: East crate of the Western Valve that fills your tank with water.
Medium: Under the stairs where you first come in
Large: South of the Wind Tunnel
 
Go to the west side of the room by the big fan. North of the lever.

Crane:
Now go mine some elemental ore. Then smelt it and go back down stairs. Push the right lever to make the crane go down. Get a copy of the Cranes Layout out of the box beside it. Next, go upstairs and make a claw. Go back down stairs and use the claw with the broken one.
 
Finishing the Quest:
EVERYTHING MUST BE OFF!!!
Put you bar on the jig. Put your compase south. Click the following levers:
 
Right - Right - Left - Right - Right - Left - Left.
 
Then pull lever in the center. Hit the lever to flatten the block.
Hit the one in the center again to bring the jig to the tank. Head your compase north and hit the following:
 
Center Lever - Corkscrew Lever - Corkscrew Lever - Center Lever - Left Water Valve - Right Water Valve - Right Water Valve - Left Water Valve - Center Lever - Corkscrew Lever - Corkscrew Lever - Center Lever.
 
Now hit the lever in the center of the room. Turn the fan off and then on. Then hit the lever in the center of the room.
